Showing us the error messages would make it a lot easier to diagnose...
I note that you don't have a SSLCertificateKeyFile anywhere.
If you're doing SSLVerifyClient 0 you don't need SSLCACertificateFile.

Probably depends on your local crypto laws... There is no issue as far
as copyright etc. goes though, as the web page states:
