Most of these type of problems tend to be handled exclusively by the
browser, but if the server is kicking up an error you can use the
standard error redirection directives to catch it... Here's an example
for when the user hits 'cancel' to a basic auth request:
# special error pages
# 401 - Authorisation Required
ErrorDocument 401 /error/index.htm
