Good grief. gcache not being installed is a bug, which is fixed in 1.21
(I hope).
The certificate not being installed is not a bug. make certificate is
for demonstraction/debugging purposes only.
I think it is pretty extraordinary to base your arguments for mod_ssl on
a few minor bugs.
