i'm feeling really lost here...
-i'm trying to apply the patch to apache1.3.1.
-i've successfully built SSLeay0.9.0b.
-i unpack a distribution of apache_1.3.1
-then unpack the apache_1.3.1+ssl_1.22 distribution
in that same directory as apache.
-i run the FixPatch and get a series of
Hunk #XX failed at line XXX.
-it finishes and I run the patch -p1 < SSLpatch command
and get
"Looks like a unified context diff.
Reversed (or previously applied patch detected!
Assume -R [yes]
Apply anyway? [no]"
- I go ahead (answering yes, yes)
and get another series of Hunk failures
- I try to compile apache and get
"badly formed macro assignment" in the Makefile
I admit I'm not very experienced in this stuff. I have
the feeling I'm missing something completely obvious. Could
someone help me out...or point me in the right direction.
Would be greatly appreciated....
