apache-ssl through a firewall called "tis firewall toolkit"

Hello,

I am having problems configuring our firewall for https port 443.
When I try to connect via https, the browser says:

"A network error occurred while Netscape was receiving data.
(Network Error. I/O Error)

Try connecting again."

When I connect to http, it works fine.

We are using tis firewall toolkit.
I was wondering if anyone can help me.
