Sorry for the omission, I am at SSL 1.22
I found some stuff in the logs that helped me (like no parms setup for
gcache). I now get a prompt for my PEM passphrase, but it does not read my
input and does not start the server. The only entry in the log is "gcache
started".
It originally complained that it could not read my key file but it no longer
does.
