segmentation fault with apache_1.3.1+ssl_1.23

Hi!

I compiled apache_1.3.1+ssl_1.23 with the php-3.0.3 module (which is
not used at the moment; so I think thatīs not the Problem). I run Linux
version 2.0.34.
Everything looks fine. But the first thing I saw was a broken picture in
my test-web-page if I use https. Sometimes you see half the picture,
anothertime only some pixel-rows. If I use http it works fine. (Iīve a
virtual host for normal http). Because I see the text on the (https) page
I suppose the size of the transferred object might be the a "reason".
In the logfile the problem is reported:

[Mon Aug 31 17:16:45 1998] [notice] httpd: child pid 9138 exit signal
Segmentation fault (11) 

Any Ideas :-( ???
