I've been mucking around with CA.sh (in SSLeay) to generate a CA
certificate and a secure-server certificate. However, since I keep getting
errors when I put these filenames into Apache-SSL's conf file, I was
wondering whether anyone had a "difinitive" guide as to exactly what .pem
files generated by CA.sh should be put under SSLCACertificateFile,
SSLCertificateFile, and SSLCertificateKeyFile. Ideally (at least at this
stage) I want to sign my own certificate.
