  You'd have to be a bank with a special cert from verisign to use more
than 40 Bit secret session key. All other people download a domestic
version from a replay mirror or use Safe Passage from C2. You could try
s_client from SSLeay, too. Or have a look at mozilla-crypto.ssleay.org,
it's a Netscape 5.0 Beta with full crypto, I use it for everyday work.
