I am suprised as well. Everything is so clear and I can see a lot of
collegue work with no problems with it.
I am sure the client side is not the cause, because I did erased all
Netscape *.db files and created tham again. The situation is the same.

So, I would ask the members of the list who succeeded with their own CA to
send me 'ssleay.cnf' and 'httpd.conf' files (at least the portion which is
relevent for CA), in order to continue investigation.
