I'm trying to start up apache1.3.0, just to test it, on port 8000 for httpd
side, and its giving me this error. 

Does this mean I can only have one httpd service running at once? I also have
the normal httpd (apache) running on port 80.

Or is mod_unique_id something entirely different?
