Certificate name problems

I made my own certificate both with make-test-certificate
and with SSLeay's (0.8.1) CA.sh

When I connect to my Apache-SSL 1.2.6 server, Netscape (4.05 W95)
complains like such:

"The certificate that the site 'www.my.url' has presented
does not contain the correct site name." ...

The question is:
Where do I specify the site name during certificate creation??

I can´t seem to get this to work....
