It is best to have a global SSLDisable directive. Then your http vhosts
do not need it, and all of your global directives are not evaluated in
an SSL context. Simply put an SSLEnable into the virtual host tags
where you want secure connections. Also, SSLCertificateFile and
SSLCertificateKeyFile are helpful
