Apache+SSL MSIE 5.0 (56bit) Error

Hello,

I've recently setup an Apache 1.3.12+SSL 1.40 configuration using a Verisign
Global Server ID (GSID).

The setup seems to be working properly, except that Microsoft Internet
Explorer 5.0 (56bit version) refuses to load any secure pages.

It presents the error: The page cannot be displayed (quite descriptive, eh?
gotta love Microsoft)

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 (128bit) works fine, as does Netscape
(newest versions) and Netscape 3.0 (40bit), 4.0, etc.

It seems to be a problem specific to MSIE 5.0, 56bit version. Has anyone
seen anything similar to this, or possibly know of any
work-arounds?

MSIE 5.0 (56bit) is the default installed browser on Windows 2000, and
possibly other operating systems. This is a serious problem,
users cannot access SSL enabled pages using their default browser.

If there is any additional information which I may provide to help in the
resolution of this issue, please let me know.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
